AJLI Trainings
The Association of Junior Leagues International Inc. (AJLI) offers a multitude of training and networking opportunities for League members at all levels.
Organizational Development Institute (ODI) Meetings
Meetings held several times a year throughout the Association. Each ODI meeting is designed to provide League Leaders with fundamental Mission-based training in the areas of Community Impact, Membership Development, Diversified Fund Development, Strategies & Tools for Nominating, and Building Internal Capacity - League Operations.
Regional Meetings
Meetings organized by Leagues to provide a variety of trainings in their geographical area. Any meeting with AJLI trainers is open to all members of the Association. These meetings represent the newest partnership between Leagues and AJLI.
Online Learning
AJLI's Webinar Wednesdays, twice monthly online presentations offered by notable leaders in the nonprofit, civic, and business sectors, provide professional and leadership development opportunities for all League members at no charge.
Additionally, all speeches, presentations, and trainings provided by AJLI are available for free for members through the AJLI Member Resource page on their website.

Local Training Opportunities
Though the league offers many training opportunities, there are many excellent trainings and classes available for our members to participate in within our local community and throughout Utah.
The Junior League of Ogden Ambassador Scholarship Program was created to provide financial assistance for those local training programs when available. Members can access the program and read additional details through the member login portal and apply for assistance.
All applications are reviewed by the governance board individually and awarded as funds are available.
