To Improve the community by providing a garden that targets issues of food equity through education and access for individuals to gather, grow, teach, and learn.
The 1.7-acre garden is located at 2445 Monroe Blvd., and features open space, a Learning Pavilion, teaching gardens, ADA and elder friendly raised beds, traditional
community garden plots, two garden sheds, fruit trees, a dry stream bed, seasonal restroom enclosure, lighted, paved pathway and a gathering area for group
All of these improvements have been made possible through generous financial and in-kind contributions from the community, including the Weber County Recreation, Arts, Museums, & Parks program (RAMP).
There are several ways to get involved in the Oasis Garden.
Plots are available to community members to purchase for a season. You may also donate a plot to community members in need. Garden plots are available starting at $25/plot for the growing season. Plot includes water and access to garden tools during open garden hours.
